Q: What is the difference between your furniture and other retailers?
A: Quality. Our wicker and rattan are constructed around a much larger rattan frame than some of the "big-name" competitors. If you look around the legs of their furniture, they tend to be very thin and will not last long. Our furniture also has a much smoother weave and finish than those of our competitors. Also, some stores provide their own line of "all-weather" wicker. In most cases, this can be wicker that has just been coated, and will not withstand the elements. Also, some competitors like to use steel frames that will rust when exposed to the elements. We use commercial-grade aluminum on all of our outdoor furniture.
Customer Service. Numerous times our employees have been asked "Do you work on commission?" The answer is no. We believe that each customer that walks into the store is just as important as the last. Whether you are looking for a small basket or a large dining set, we will gladly stick around with you to make sure that you leave the store 110% satisfied!
